Progress:
• 05/03/2021 The board has decided to replace remaining staircase carpets. Completed.
  Carpet replacement flyer.
• 03/03/2021 12824 CSR Floor replacment completed.
  Repalcment of the stairs carpets on East and West sides leading to the second floor conludes this project.
  
• 03/01/2021 23730 CMD Floor replacment completed.
  Repalcment of the stairs carpet leading to the second floor conludes this project.
  
• 02/25/2021 Work progress in 12824 Clarksburg Sq. Rd.
  Great progress at the end of the week.
  
• 02/23/2021 Work progress in 12824 Clarksburg Sq. Rd.
  All 1st floor flooring has been removed. Great progress, A+++. It's estimated the work will last for 5-7 days.
  
• 02/23/2021 Floors on the 1st floor complete 23730 Clarksmeade Dr.
  The new floors look good. Next is the new carpet on the staris leading to the 2nd floor. Stairs will be worked on around 2/26/2021.
  
• 02/15/2021 Work starts in 23730 Clarksmeade Dr.
  2/15/2021-2/17/2021 Floor replacement will start on February 15, 2021. It's estimated the work will last for 2-3 days. Once work completes work will start in the next building.
• 01/21/2021 The old lobby furniture has been removed.
  In preparation for the new flooring and redecorating the lobby, the old furniture has been removed and deisposed of.
• 01/14/2021 The board has selected to install a warm and inviting Brown flooring.
  As always, residents will be notified days before the work starts. The project will be dusty, invasive and loude during the renovation. Movement on the 1st floor hallways will be obstructed and limited so please be prepared and plan accordingly.
• 01/07/2021 The board has received floor samples for their review.

• 12/19/2021 The board has received three bids for their review.
• 12/2020 The board is in the process of collecting at least three bids
• 11/2020 12824 CSR, the board is exploring to replace all 1st floor floors, including all the tiles the elevator and the storage/garage hallways. The stairs carpet leading to the 2nd floor will be replaced as well on both ends of the buidling.
• 11/2020 23730 CMD, the board is exploring to replace all 1st floor floors, except the tiles landing by the mailboxes. The stairs carpet leading to the 2nd floor will be replaced as well.
