The condominiums are located near Exit #18 off Interstate 270 in Clarksburg, MD. The properties are managed by CAS Inc. located at 18401 Woodfield Rd Suite H Gaithersburg, MD 20879.
The Board of Directors meets four (4) times a year.

All meetings start at 7:00 PM EST.

The Clarksburg Condo II is part of the Clarksburg Town Center, CTC (aka the main HOA).
Condo II and the Clarksburg Homeowners Association, Inc. are both managed by CAS Inc. but each association have their own separate managment team. Condo II is part of both associations, thus condo residents pay Condo II and Main HOA monthly dues.
