Welcome to Clarksburg Condo II Electric Vehicle Charging Stations!

On January 18, 2024, the Board of Directors of Clarksburg Condominium II has resolved to implement targeted towing enforcement measures specifically for electric vehicles (EVs) that are parked in the condominium’s private parking lot without proper authorization. This decision is aimed at electric vehicles that do not belong to condominium residents or their officially recognized guests.

Non-Tesla drivers require a Tesla mobile app to initiate a charging session.
You can get a Tesla app from Google Play for Android or App Store for Apple.

Tesla drivers will get the same Plug, Charge and Pay on Level-2 as they have been experiencing at the Superchargers! Just plug and charge.

  • Power Sharing 10 kW
  • As of May 2023, all six EVSEs share 10kW of power. To keep the cost of electricity affordable, power sharing had to be implemented. Power sharing limit will increase when more cars will charge on regular basis.

  • 2nd year anniversary - Impact of 6 EV Charging Stations, March 16, 2024
March 16, 2024 marks a significant milestone as we celebrate two years since our EV Charging Stations became operational. Despite a utilization rate of less than 3%, we are proud to share some incredible achievements!

To date, our site has dispensed enough electricity to power electric vehicles for an astonishing 80,000 miles! This milestone is not just a number; it represents our commitment to sustainability and our efforts in reducing our carbon footprint. By choosing electric, we have prevented approximately 3,100 gallons of gasoline from being burned, contributing to a cleaner, greener planet.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported this initiative. Your choice to go electric is paving the way for a more sustainable future. Here's to many more years of making a positive impact together!
