In no particular order, here are some of the major and important projects the board is working on or exploring their viability.
- 1) Pest Control of buildings' ground perimeter.
Progress:
- 04/2021 - 09/2021 Capitol Pest
Capito Pest will service monthly from April to September utilizing various products and methods, designed by their Biochemist and PhD Entomologist, for the management and elimination of pests listed based on the least toxic method possible.
If additional methods are required, Capitol Pest will inform management of any additional IPM processes needed.
Capitol Pest will initially service the exterior of both buildings for ants and other crawling insects then service monthly from April to September to manage and control ants and crawling insects.
All labor and materials will be furnished to provide the most efficient pest prevention with maximum safety required by federal, state, and local regulations.
- 2) Repair and seal top four balconies at 12824CSR units 402, 403, 406, 407.
Progress:
- 05/2021 Suspended due to COVID-19.
- 11/2021 The board will review bids in Q1-2022.
- 09/2021 Accepting bids.
The board is in the process to request and review bids to repair and seal four top balconies.
The selected top four balconies are not covered thus they are exposed to harsh weather elements of direct sun and rain. Preventive maintenance will enasure the balconies' floors will remain sturdy and that they will last for many years to come.

- 03/16/2022 EV Charging stations installed. Each EV Charging station can charge a car at 8.5 kW or 40 amps at 208 VAC.
- 03/09/2022 Replaced a DoorKing System west side door FOB reader.
2021
- 12/10/2021 Chamberlain Contractors have re-striped all parking spaces.

- 09/17/2021 Cleaned (Jetting) Waist Stacks at 12824CSR Units 101 & 206
- 09/17/2021 Installed Amazon Key for Business solutions at 12824 CSR and 23730 CMD.
No more buzzing in drivers or bringing in packages. With Key for Business, drivers make deliveries autonomously, without the need for help from staff or residents.

- 09/05/2021 Installed a high definition surveillance camera inside an elevator.
- 07/23/2021 Carpet Cleaning by UniKlean. UniKlean website.
- 05/2021 Installed a high definition surveillance camera to monitor parking lot spaces where EV Charging stations will be installed later in 2021.
- 05/10/2021 - 5/18/2021 Roofs replaced by S&K Roofing. S&K Roofing website.
- 03/2021 Replaced first floor flooring in both buildings.

- 01/2021 Clarksburg Condominium II has launched a new website.
2020
- 12/2020 Upgraded all building internal and external lights. The new LED bulbs don't require ballasts or drivers to operate, thus the upgraded LED bulbs will save significant amount of money in maintenance costs. Another benefit of goign with LED bulbs is reduced consumption of electricity resulting in annual cost savings of $1,000!
- 04/2020 Buildings' sidings and balconies Power Washing by Superior Pressure Washing.
- 08/2020 A massive project has completed to repace concrete parking lot pads and certain sidewalks.
2019
- 10/2019 All fencing surrounding Clarksburg Condo II have been replaced with a Shoreline Vinyl System - Caroline Style.
2015
- 12/2015 High definition surveillance systems have been installed in both condo buildings.
